2. Definitions
Within these terms, “Client” refers to any natural or legal person who contracts ERABALANCE services. “Services” refers to all services offered by the agency, such as web design, website development, SEO optimization, branding and technical support. “Contract” means any written or digital agreement concluded between ERABALANCE and the Client.

3. Acceptance of the terms
By signing a contract, accepting an offer or placing an order, the Client confirms that he has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. These provisions apply to all collaborations, except in cases where special conditions have been agreed in writing.

4. Services offered
ERABALANCE provides website creation and development services (including showcase sites, online stores, blogs and more), graphic design for visual identity and promotional materials, SEO optimization services, digital marketing and web maintenance. The exact specifications of each project will be detailed in the offer or the individual contract concluded with the client.

5. Copyright and intellectual property
All materials created by ERABALANCE, including graphic design, source code, texts and visual elements, are protected by copyright law. They remain the property of the agency until the agreed amount is paid in full. After payment, the rights of use are transferred to the Client as specified in the contract. ERABALANCE reserves the right to include the projects created in its own portfolio, except in cases where the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Customer obligations
The client is obliged to provide all information necessary for the project to be carried out in a complete, correct and timely manner. The client must also review and approve the materials submitted by the agency within a reasonable time frame. Delays caused by lack of collaboration or responses may lead to the extension of delivery deadlines. The client is also obliged to respect the agreed payment deadlines.

7. Execution deadlines
The delivery dates of the services will be mutually agreed upon depending on the complexity of the project. ERABALANCE makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors or lack of collaboration from the client.

8. Payment and billing
Payment for services will be made according to the terms agreed in the contract or in the accepted offer. In general, an advance payment is required at the beginning of the collaboration, followed by payment of the remaining amount upon completion of the project, before delivery or publication. Invoices issued must be paid within the specified period. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services until full payment.

9. Cancellation and refund policy
The services offered by ERABALANCE are customized for each client, which means that once the project has begun, the related costs are non-refundable. If the client decides to cancel the project before completion, they will be required to pay the costs related to the work already performed up to that point.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability
ERABALANCE offers a warranty period for any technical errors identified after delivery, a period that is specified in the contract (usually 30 days). We do not assume responsibility for problems caused by content provided by the client, subsequent modifications made by third parties, or errors produced by external technical infrastructure (servers, hosting providers, third-party platforms, etc.).

11. Confidentiality
The information and materials provided by the client for the purpose of providing the services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. ERABALANCE will not disclose this information to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation or explicit agreement from the client.

12. Changes to the terms
ERABALANCE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions whenever necessary, without prior notice. The updated version will be published on our website and will enter into force from the date of posting.

13. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the legislation in force in Romania. Any dispute arising between the parties will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, it will be submitted for resolution to the competent courts in the locality where ERABALANCE is headquartered.
